Clinical Pilates

If your goal is to move better and feel better, these classes are for you.

Our classes combine the classical Pilates repertoire with a sprinkle of functional strength-based movements to provide a dynamic 50-minute class.

Clinical Pilates classes are perfect for improving posture, flexibility, muscle strength, control, balance, and core and pelvic floor strength.

Most importantly, Clinical Pilates helps you MOVE BETTER.

Unlike other Pilates classes, our Clinical Pilates classes adopt a personalised approach to address your unique needs and aspirations. We are client centered and your wellness goals are our main priority.

*A Clinical Pilates Assessment is required PRIOR to attending a class, where our Physio’s will develop a program tailored completely to you and your goals. This is a 1 hour session, which can be claimed on Private Health if applicable.

  • Mon: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am, 4:30pm
    Tues: 8am, 10am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm
    Wed: 8am, 9am, 10am, 4:30pm

    Fri: 7am, 8am, 9am, 10am

  • Pilates Assessment:

    Option 1: 60 mins with one of our Physio's to develop your Clinical Pilates Program = $150

    Option 2: 2 x 30 mins with one of our Physio's to develop your Clinical Pilates Program = $92 each session

    10 Pack = $300 (paid upfront = $30 Per Class)

    Single Class = $37 (pay as you go)

  • To maintain fair access to our classes, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your sessions. Cancellations inside of the 24 hour requirement will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

    Physiotherapy sessions also require a 24 hour notice period to cancel or reschedule. Cancelling within the 24 hour requirement will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment value.
