How we can help you

  • Physio

At our physio clinic, we take a distinctive approach to your wellbeing. Instead of merely addressing symptoms, we delve deep with a comprehensive assessment to uncover the root cause of your discomfort.

  • Rehab

Fleurieu Coast Physio utilises a holistic approach, integrating Pilates and physiotherapy techniques, to support effective rehabilitation, enhancing strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

  • Pilates

If your goal is to move better and feel better, these classes are for you. Our classes combine the classical pilates repertoire with a sprinkle of functional strength-based movements to provide a dynamic 50-minute class.

  • Women's Health

Our Women's Health Physios support mothers through all stages from pregnancy support to birth prep, and postpartum care. We also offer targeted treatments to address urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse (POP), chronic pelvic pain, sexual penetration disorders, bowel control issues, and more.
